2 1/16 guage mounting holes

Does anyone make a 2 1/16" hole saw or punch to make guage mounting holes?....or are we stuck with cutting a 2" hole and grinding the rest?

i was wondering the same, im gettin ready to oreder mine, i had a few questions also, i have a 89 yota and im lookin and i cant find a gas gauge for them and how does every one else read there gauges at night, cuz i see alot of them dont have lights in them, and what is a good brand of gauges, and of course the lighting is a must

Can blind people be dyslexic when they read Braille?

I've always had good luck with Autometer guages. They come with lights. As far as the fuel sender, I'm pretty sure some Yotas use the same 0-90 ohm fuel senders and GM does.

It's a testament to my lack of fabrication skills, but that's what I always end up doing . My 2" hole saw has enough wobble to it that the 2 1/16" gauges fit almost perfectly with just a little work with a file.

i think it's a testament to the quality of the hole saw, mine are the same way. minimal tweaking with a 2" and your home. you can buy a 2 1/16" saw, but don't bother, unless you want the gauges loose.

if you are looking for something a little less expensive i would sa go with summit brand gauges.

Just looked @ Grainger, Travers, Enco, MSC, & McMaster, none of them offers a 2-1/16" punch. I'd have thot that would be common enough.
