Does anyone make a 2 1/16" hole saw or punch to make guage mounting holes?....or are we stuck with cutting a 2" hole and grinding the rest?

I've always had good luck with Autometer guages. They come with lights. As far as the fuel sender, I'm pretty sure some Yotas use the same 0-90 ohm fuel senders and GM does.

It's a testament to my lack of fabrication skills, but that's what I always end up doing :). My 2" hole saw has enough wobble to it that the 2 1/16" gauges fit almost perfectly with just a little work with a file.

i think it's a testament to the quality of the hole saw, mine are the same way. minimal tweaking with a 2" and your home. you can buy a 2 1/16" saw, but don't bother, unless you want the gauges loose.

autometers are the best.

you even get red and green bulb covers, if they fit your fancy

Just looked @ Grainger, Travers, Enco, MSC, & McMaster, none of them offers a 2-1/16" punch. I'd have thot that would be common enough.
McMaster's panel punch page: <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/108/html/2087.html>http://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/108/html/2087.html</A>
