You guys are right. The new prerun brief they posted changed the total miles to just under 900.
Newbie question. Is there a way to get ahold of one their map books if you are a handlebar team?Looks like BFG is offering pit support:
If you register for the Michelin bike support.Newbie question. Is there a way to get ahold of one their map books if you are a handlebar team?
They took out that weird triangle loop that was at RM 700.
The GPS file already reflects that. No update necessary. The PDF course map does not reflect it. They didn't change the PDF for the changes to the 500. So, I would assume they will not update for the 1000.Is there an updated file that reflects that??
Is this through the BFG registration? I looked but don’t see anything bike related listedIf you register for the Michelin bike support.
I don’t see the race getting more entries than the 500.Anyone worried about their only being 68 entries so far? McMillin's account for one third of the trophy trucks entered.
I am hoping that after the Parker race this weekend people will access whether they want to enter or not.
Although, historically, the first Mexican 1000 in 1967 had 68 starting entries, wouldn't that be odd?
People are over the Covid restrictions . Until things are opened back up and the true experience of Baja can be had, entries will be down .I don’t see the race getting more entries than the 500.
Where do you see an entry list?
I dont disagree with " people being over the Covid restrictions ", but many of those people are employed by companies, that could have travel restrictions in place. I am one of those. If I go, the chance I will have to quarantine for 14 days upon return is likely, and that 14 day period is UNpaid. This could be the first Baja 1000 I have missed in almost 30 years.People are over the Covid restrictions . Until things are opened back up and the true experience of Baja can be had, entries will be down .
Each of the last two press releases on the SCORE homepage has an entry list toward the bottom. The most recent was up from 51 to 68 total entries.I don’t see the race getting more entries than the 500.
Where do you see an entry list?
An email from SCORE about pre-running, the entry list is buried at the bottom.I don’t see the race getting more entries than the 500.
Where do you see an entry list?
I would be surprised if Andy races.
I thought he said he would have to self quarantine 2 weeks from his family? He’s racing.
