Put everyone behind you in dust making it harder for them to make passes. Then hammer down later on. Not sure it’s the right strategy when you’re not the pole sitter.
yup, its a classic move in any motorsport where the cars are close, & being in front is paramount, get them all behind you scratching& clawing at one another while You slipp away, ive seen pole sitters in spec racing stay just in front of the pac for just enough lapps to get us all flustered then poof, they take off into the sunset and leave us to bite at each other the whole rest of the race, it Does work
