i have a 88 bronco 5.0 with the harness and ecu, i was told that if i swap the ecu out for a mustang ecu ican gain more horsepower and it will run better. i dont know if the harness is still good so im trying to find a new one, where can i find one for cheap new or used? thanks

you need to change sensors and comp. the mustang and F series 5.0 have quite a few differences

Your Bronco used Ford's "Speed density" EFI system and the ECU and sensors from the truck are not compatible with the Mass Air systems used in the Mustang.

The easiest way is to find a 1992 or 93 Mustang donor car and get everything you need.

Painless performance sells a wiring harness for just over $700 but you would still need the ECU and sensors to finish the job.
