4.0 SOHC w/ c-4. which torque converter?

So the thread title pretty much says it all. I'm mating a Ford 4.0 SOHC with an Art Carr C-4 and I just wanted to see what the Ranger guys are runnin' as far as a torque converter and whether or not you're just stickin' with the stock flex plate or changin' it up. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

Call The Convertor Shop in Lake Havasu and talk to Rusty. He has the proper flexplate and TC you will need for this conversion. We race with his flexplate and TC and it has worked flawlessly. The flexplate has the correct backspacing and we run a 2300 rpm stall speed convertor.
