6th Annual Racers 4 Kids Fundriaser Shop with a Cop

SDHQ, Bikini Bay Bar, Method Race Wheels, Amber Racing Services & Locations Racing will be hosting a fundraiser on May 6th during the BITD Laughlin Desert Classic to again benefit the Laughlin Metro Shop with a Cop Program. We will be having the fundraiser at Bikini Bay Bar & Nightclub on May 6th from 6:30 till 9:30pm, there will also be a race vehicle display. Please contact me or Larissa if you would like to display your race vehicle at the event.

All monies raised 100% will go so that the Laughlin Metro Police Shop with a Cop program, to date the Off-road Community is the LARGEST SINGLE DONOR for this program to help those kids in need. I will furnish a 501C tax letter for your donations. We look forward to seeing everyone at the fundraiser!!!!!

I set up the Best in the Desert room block for May 4th thru May 8th. As I previously mentioned, the weekday (Sun-Thur) rate is $53.99 per night and the weekend (Fri-Sat) is $115.99 per night. These rates are based on single/double occupancy and do not include the 12% room tax.

Please make notation of a couple important items – The available room block is only for the Casino Tower. This tower is only for guests 21+ years old. We are actually sold out of our Promenade (family) Tower. Also, please note that there is limited availability (due to our Cinco De Mayo festivities)



Your attendees can call our Reservation Department to make reservations at (800) 343-4533 seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. Please inform your guests that all rooms must be reserved and guaranteed using your group code: # 1672 prior to the April 22nd cut-off date. Each guest will be required to guarantee their room reservation with a credit card, as well as provide a valid credit card at hotel check in. In addition to room and tax, an incidental deposit will be collected at time of check in equaling $30.00 per day with a credit card or $50.00 per day with cash
