8.8 axle bearing

Anyone have any tricks to get the darn bearing out besides what is pictured below? I have tried a slide hammer with 2 arms behind the bearing and I think I gave myself carpell tunnel beatin the dam thing...any help is appreciated as my truck is up on stands with no axles in it.

shouldn't be that tough, heat maybe???

I got a bigger slide hammer on the way! and I also ordered the stupid puller set for future axle bearing issues

3 days, 1 broken slide hammer, 2 broken chisels, lots of cussing, many pissed off neighbors, hurt pride, and $100 bucks to pay some guy to come acetyln the bastards out of the housing...dam I am pissed!!!!

LOL Kritter! Fun Huh? Well at least you'll have the right tool next time. And wasn't it soothing to know that the little bastards were torched out. That'll show em.
