I just blew the schrader valves on both the rear shocks on our baja SAE car. They only have about 10 hours of use, and we've run these shocks for a number of years with no problems. Got any ideas?

Replace the schrader valves and refill oil to the proper level. If your question is WHY did the schraders blow I would suspect that there was too much oil.

On something light like an SAE car, would not have anywhere near enough pressure to blow out the valves unless the oil level was wrong.

cheap schraders if oil level is correct as well as nitrogen pressure under max recommended.
