and class 10 was 2 hours behind TTspec. Funny how these classes keep saying they can beat other classes but don't seem to do it come race day.

I actually would have thought a 4x4 UTV would have done better this race. But they didn't.

I thought they would have too. I think if they started when they were supposed to, instead of doing the 24hr delay, they might have narrowed the gap a bit more. With the TT trucks going first, the course is also pretty eaten up by the time the tiny little 32" tires get to it... Still though, unless it was the perfect storm, not much of a chance of a UTV competing with a TT.

I’m in San Felipe and the rain did not do much to the course and with all the woooops it was very different seeing the speed difference between the TT’s and the UTV’s. All the lakebeds were looking good and the TT’s dominated a good 300 miles.
