Looking feedback on anyone who has gone from the old tread pattern to the new KR2.

Is it a lot less slippery on bite? I would expect that the old tread pattern which is would be a little easier on parts such as ring and pinion and axles.

I am trying to figure out whether to keep buying up the old KRs or switch over

Ford 9" with 40 Spline and 572 Chevy motor pre-runner

Any responce much appreciated.

With those axles and that engine, stay with the KR's, or step up to 36 spline TT stuff.

Jack, that is why I just bought 8 more of the old KR's for the race bronco. They slip and slide and spin but the drivetrain lives. Besides, loose is FUN!
