boxers gotta go

just so you are all aware, barbara boxer is supporting the wanted change in open to limited use at johnson and stoddard valleys. also, the reduction of roads and trails in these areas to only 18 miles per section. this will, for all reality, end speed type events in the barstow and lucerne areas, and it won't stop there. i plan on bringing this up at the next wemo meeting, where we have been told unequivicolly that the open area are not to be involved with fort irwin expansion or the wemo plan.
folks-this will be the end of racing in the high desert of california if it gets a foothold. the cbd is the one pushing for this and the media is giving them lots of press time. front page of the b section of the sun today speaks about all the damage that will be done if the fort expands and the thousands of turtles who will be destroyed. funny there are thousands there for an expansion, but when it comes to an off road race, they are almost non-existent due to all the deaths we have caused! wish they would pick one line and stick to it. anyway, we need to deal with this asap, if it gets rolling, then the blm will look for a compromise, which is what has been killing us for the last 20 years. martin

as i was saying-boxer has got to go. the folks in d.c. think that if a senator wants something, then the people of that state must too. as long as she is in there saying we want to ban offroaders, then we are screwed. we need to campaign to replace her in the next election. martin

There are free online petions that will work for that purpose. Can put a link here to it. I don't have time right this second since I am heading out for the clean up but if it is not done by monday I will look into it.

frank-she doesn't care what we send her. she has stated as much. she is now officially a true enemy to offroading and multiple use. the mind set is reaching areas beyond our scope. in todays press-enterprise are 3 stories pertaining to land use. one is for the fort irwin expansion, but the scariest is the fact that the riverside county board of supd decided that a property owner in southwestern riverside county was no longer allowed to have a private mx track on his property. it was not a commercial track and only he and friends road on it, but the neighbors decided they didn't want a mx track in their neighborhood, so they complained and the county told him to remove the track or pay for the permits to operate it. operate what? what this will lead to is other people telling their neighbors thay can't ride on their own property. sorry, we don't want your 5 year old riding his 50 in your back yard, and besides, its pretty politically incorrect to pollute and destroy like that anyway... we must fight back at this stuff. boxer has no intentions of changing her vote, she is bought and paid for, along with a few other so called "middle of the road" democrats(like davis) watch out for the end of term stuff he pulls when he loses office next year! martin

The eco-nazis and Democrats have an agenda. It has nothing to do with the environment. It is about control, subversion and the stripping of rights and power of the populace. The end game is just like that of Bin Laden, i.e. destruction of the US society as we know it today.

Next time, not matter what, vote for a Republican. Furthermore, stick you neck out and fight the democrats. We did at ORC for 6 long months and I sleep weel thinking that we may have swayed 500 voters in the state of Florida.

Sound far featched? It's not. ORC reaches over 1.4 million readers each month.

What we did to enlighten our readers about ALgORE could have gotten us in trouble if he was elected. Fortunetly, he wasn't.

Every off-roader needs to take these risks to fight for their community.

If you don't your a fake!

What do you mean she is NOW officially a true enemy of off-roading??? She has been a staunch enemy of off-roading since before she took office. Ms. Fienstien is even worse. I said it here a long time ago, that she took over the agenda (figuratively and literally) from that $%&*$# ^&^*%$$ scum bag Alan Cranston. Perhaps you guys are too young or new to the desert and mountains. Even though he was a very famous Senator, he ended up so hated and disgraced that his funeral was kept extremely secret and he could not be burried in a grave as the family wanted to. Fienstien gets tons of money from the Sierra Club. That's exactly where Cranston was getting his. That's why she took over and got the huge Desert Protection Plan passed that Cranston was working on for years.

It's good that you are bringing information and your thoughts here, but don't think for a second that they haven't been fighting for this all of their political careers. One problem is that they are a lot less vocal in public than years ago...gee, I wonder why. These people are not middle of the road Democraps but they want you to think they are. You should thank your lucky stars that Villaragosa got stopped in his tracks, and of course the biggest threat of all time Mr. Gore. Keep vigilant and speak your mind.

There are no "middle of the road" democratic leaders.

Every one of them is against our way of life. They came into power on the bankrolls of our enemies.

So who votes for the Democrats that are systematically killing our community? Here is a good rundown:

1) Drug abusers (Dem Leaders are lax on drug crimes). Even the most casual drug abusers don't want their high taken away or made more criminal.

2) Gay People (Although some are conservative politically and economically, the majority side with the dems whom cateer to them). The same majority only see the extreme religous right on one side and the liberal dems on the other then, lazily stake their politcal aliance.

3) Union Members (The worst of the worst. The majority follow lockstep behind the desires of their corrupt leaders.) How pittifully sad!

4) Eco-Nazi's and Armchair, Eco-Nazis (Hell, they bought them. Might as well show support) Gotta have that eco utopia where what humans are left, live in caves (just like Ussama).

Like it or not, the Democratic party is a cess-pool of hypocrites, socialists, liberal group think "sheeple" and the self centered and uniformed. The leaders are the most vile: Cranston, Clinton, ALgORE, Boxer, Fienstien, Schumer .. Every one of them desires to remove your freedoms and rights.

Middle of the road.. HAH!

It's not that I am sooo happy to be labled a conservative, it's that I am so utterly disgusted with the people on the other side of the fence.

folks, i have been into this battle since the early eighties. i was so glad when the cadaver left, but was so dissappointed when as a going away gift the senate and congress gave him the desert monument for all his years of service. what i am trying to point out is boxer is coming out in th eopen. she is going to push this thing and openly attack our way of life. she isn't going to do this from behind closed doors as she has in the past. the reason? the cbd is open in california and already hitting the media hard. they have begun lawsuits in riverside and san bernardino counties adn have their new office in idyllwild. the press so far has portrayed them as the defenders of bunnies and squirrels and the public so far has told them to get the hell out of california! they don't give up and have a state senator as their spokesperson here now. wonder how much it costs to buy an influential member of the senate? without outright attacks from us, the public will be lullibied into sheep sleep and say, ok...

Perhaps some think we are on the wrong forum here, but this stuff has everything to do with having fun in the desert. If you think PJC sounds extreme then you need to get better informed on what's going on. My strongest urge to vote is rarely to support someone I am crazy about. It's almost always to keep some extremely opinionated and externally influenced, professional politician out. These people always have strong, blind, one sided opinions and agendas right from the start, even though there are at least two sides to every issue. Practicality and common sense have no meaning to them. Neither does the needs of many being more important than the needs of a few. Fortunately, some of the agendas and actions asked for and taken by them are so stupid (for lack of a better word) that they end up canceling themselves out. Like the saying goes: thousands of people become conservatives every day, but no one ever becomes a liberal.
