Can anyone identify these bump stops?

A friend picked these up at the swap meet and was looking for some info on them to rebuild if possible.What with the nut on the top? Why is there a allen head bolt on one side of the top? He was told they were Bilsteins and that the lower pad mount was removable.

The nut on top is to hold the bump stop in a sleeve. The allen is the keep it from from spinning in the sleeve. King uses this set up as well.

Looks fox-ish to me. Lower pad is removable, the same tool with the 2 teeth to take the body cap off may take the pad off. But you will most likely need make some clamps to hold the shaft before you can take the pad off.
