I thought it was pretty well done and very cool that the guy who wrote the article actually rode with the guys on a loop. I could have done without the death statistics though.

Thanks for posting. I wrote him a thank you note. Back in the early eighties before Nascar stole the ink, the Left Angeles times used to do daily reports on the Dakar Rally and various road racing, it was the only way to get news of the rally besides Cycle News and other moto mags that might do a two page article seven monthes later
