is that for a fullsize?? I would use some 1.5 inch dom 120 wall and 1,5 inch dom .090 for diagnles if its a mini. Thats what I have found is best from talking to some long term fabricators.

7 Open Truck that needs to be SCORE legal so 1"3/4 is it. Anyways, looking for the preferred die radius, not tubing diameter and wall thickness. But thanks anyways.

The prefered radius depends on what thickness tubing you will be using. For 1 3/4
10-2060 M3B Round Tube Die Set - 1 3/4" (5.5-180) .095"
10-2062 M3B Round Tube Die Set - 1 3/4" (6.5-180) .083"
10-2064 M3B Round Tube Die Set - 1 3/4" (7.5-180) .083"

I would stick with the smallest radius that you can. So as long as you are not going below .090 wall you will be fine with the 5.5 radius.

Bending 1-3/4" x .120 wall 4130 on a 5.5 radius is not recommended.

i like my 7" radius die for 1 3/4 tube. that's in the middle of your 2 choices, take your pick, tight bends, or stronger bends.

I use a 6" for the 1 3/4. And make up for the tight bends with as few bends as possible.
