I've got a 1915cc with a dual carb. . .some friends have told me you would get better performance out of a single carb, meaning better horsepower with possibly improving high end torque. Is this true, or are they full of it?
My friend had an 1835 with good size heads on pump gas running 48 webers and that thing would spank most 2.0 ltr VW I would run duals way more power, I even put dual 44 webers on my father in laws sandrail instead of just the one and he couldnt believe the power and thats on a bone stock 1600cc. you get a solid power band with 44's 48's are more mid top end but I had 48's on my everyday driver with a 4 puck clutch and I never complained ask Steve.
