I don't have the rule books from 1996 to 2005 (I may somewhere, but haven't found them yet!) and I have some back into the 1980s. But 1991-92 and 94-95 I took the rules from. Looks like 1993 was just a carry over from 91-92.</p></blockquote><p></p>
