Jim Prices Donahoe Truggy?? I knew the Truggy was going to be out there but who is Jim Price and did he buy it from griffin? No disrespect to Jim Price, I personally do not recall the name. But it is late...

Jim Price has a bad ass Class one built by Bunderson Racing. It is a front engine with IRS rear end. I saw it when it was being built looks like a millenium on steriods. It looks nothing like that abortion that donahoe built

Jim Price also bought the Donahoe built truggy less then two weeks before the V2R. The Bunderson truggy is also very trick, a piece of artwork in it's own right. look for it to race in the near future.

When I was on my way to the Sand Sports Super Show last weekend, I saw the Donahoe Truggy being trailered by Jim Price's rig heading towards Barstow. Talked with Jeff Lothringer that same day and he said that Helm/Griffin had just sold it. Hope to see Jim at the Baja 1000, he's a great guy, I wish him all the luck in the world.

Wayne, your thinking of Jim Pierce (I think). He's racing a Pro lite in CORR (but your right, he did race super lites in MTEG), and he's also paralized from the waist down and uses hand controls.

You guys are all thinking of Joe Price. He raced superlites in the PACE series and ran a PRO Light in CORR.

Ok Should I say something about this truggy thing????? Naah better not.... Should I lash out at the abortion comment??? Naah better not.... I'll just sit back and let you wonder... WHy would Jim Price buy that (ABORTION) Truggy from Helm when Bunderson has a great 1 car just waiting for him to drive?? Maybe , just maybe he drove the Bunderson car then drove the Donahoe car and made his choice?? Who knows? I sure dont. OR MAYBE I DO??? MOOO HOOO HAAA HAA HAA (EVIL LAUGH) I will never tell. See attatchment for abortion pics.

NEVER LIFT!!!!!

Not that my opinion means anything but I think the truggy was a bitchin car and with time on it would have proved itself. Now with the new owner I am sure it will and hopefully show people that it is a quality race car and then stopping all the petty comments. This sport does not need them. We already have enough going against us with the people trying to take the desert away and someone builds something different that runs 2 times and is labled a peice of crap or a jungle gym, I think it is an unfair judgement.. Because the Herbst are going through tough times with there TT is it a peice of crap?? NO, because they get right back after it. Donahoes truggy never got the chance to get back up and give it another go, Not it has the chance..
