So i get this email from Quinn Cody. I am totally envious. Why do the Kids have all the fun:mad:

Ok here we go, I got a call from Kendall Norman last Thursday, "HEY QUINN!! Dude I'm in need of a serious soul searching mission" ya ya I thought to my self another Kendall pipe dream......... "Dude I riding my X to Cobo and back just backpacks and board shorts. You in?" Well, It took me about .05 of a second to kick all responsibility aside, Ok I'm in for sure, I said.

So were off today on a totally unassisted ride to Cobo and back I'm thinking about 2500mi with only what we can carry in our backpacks, after the recent hurricane hammered Southern Baja it should be an adventure of a lifetime. follow our trip from our SPOT satellite tracker

Would love to hear a post ride report. We have our 5th annual T Bird Butch Pete's camp then peninsula run coming up in october (changing it up this year and doing Cabo to San Felipe/Petes Camp Poker run) and any recent "recons" would be greatly appreciated! Hope you guys are having a blast! Be safe.

Pulling up on San Juanico any time now. Should be 2-3 feet and perfect. I heard there is still lots of water in the la ballena wash.... this could get good.

Those jerks are eating at the Palapa!

I hear the two rivers south are gnarly but I'm sure passable by now, especially on moto...braapppp

Those weenies.... they took the easy way out.;)
Last night I talked to Quinn and he asked the odds of getting thru Comondus. I said they are just the guys to check it out and to be ready to stay the night!
A lot of us would like to know how bad that route got damaged.
But no, they went out left to Hwy.
Where their sense of adventure!?

Gatos!!!!

The DA doesn't go around, that's why they didn't invite OX or Colton...he he, they are now tackling the canyons North of Loreto and I'm guessing they will find impassable stuff if they make the turn east instead of to the hwy by the ranches. We'll see an an hour
