Found one called ecotron that may fit the bill. They have one for a turbo that is somewhat self learning.

Finally got a chance to finish the port work on these manifolds, off to cerakote they go. Oh and those boogers in the radius of the last pic did get removed.

@Slippery P when the guides are cut down, do you find excessive valve rock? Maybe it's a non-issue due to frequency of rebuilding a race engine?

These are intake manifolds, what is cut down are the injector bungs.

These helical burrs from Headgames motor works do all the heavy grinding / shaping, then they are finished with a 36 and 60 grit cart roll.

Those helical burrs are a game changer in efficiency and finish, they remove material like a MOFO but at the same time don’t dig a trench.

Cool. I have a couple spares around I want to play with. Their website recommends to not use on steel. What do you use on steel?

I don’t do very much porting on Iron, but if I do I have some ferrous metal burrs.

The scrap bin. I'm not sure there is any reason to port iron heads anymore. It's way easier to paint an aluminum head to look vintage than to port a vintage head.

The last iron head I ported was an AMC 401 head, the casting was soooo bad. I couldn’t put it together that way.

I've seen drag race heads with radius seats meaning no "angles" whatsoever there supposed to flow like a mofo but need touching up frequently

They also have almost zero margin and do not transfer heat away from the valve.

I like those helical burrs. Straight cut course-tooth burrs hog too fast on aluminum, too dangerous to use around gasket surfaces or seats. I usually use a fine tooth helical single-cut burr like normally used on steel, but spray a little teflon lube on the aluminum to prevent clogging. Slip, do you use electric grinders? I have two electric makitas. They spin too fast to use long shank burrs like your helical burrs, so I control speed with an old Variac variable transformer. Air tools are easier to use, but I don't want to torture my compressor.
