G.P.S. / T.V. combo

Does anybody offer a GPS / T.V. combo yet? I would like to get GPS in my truck, ( I get lost alot )
And I have a 10 month old son so I would like to get a T.V. as well for the long trips to the dez. and river.
Has any one heard of this yet?

alpine makes combo system, but its spendy. uses dvd maps and gps both.
