Other than don't take the last beer...
Is there a specific rule addressing the grandfathering of older trucks that may not be built 100% to the specs of the current rule book.? Searched RDC and the Score rule book but could not find the answer. Or is it more of a gentlemans agreement subject to interpetation and saftey concerns?

Ken,

Grandfathering is an allowance, rather than a rule. It typically takes place when major changes are made to a class that would preclude the continued operation of vehicles already competing in that class.

Since there have not been any recent changes of this nature, there is no mention of it in the current SCORE rulebook (1999-2001).
