Was talking to a former employee about this and they said in their experience was not representative of his typical day to day management style when dealing with employees. No idea what the real story is. Could have been somebody with an axe to grind. Was interesting if true.

Well he was undercover acting as a new employee and not the owner, so I would assume his actions/personality would be different.
