Hayfield Draw Hare Scrambles


No membership needed, non points race.... really fun race.... you don't want to miss it.


Location: Camp Verde AZ

Date: April 9, 2017

Course: 20 mile loop approx.


Bikes and Quads/Trikes/UTV 170cc Only


Gate: Sunday 6am

(no parking or camping at the track until race morning


Registration/Tech: Sunday 6am-all day


Gate Fees: Per Day $10 per adult, $5 Youth, 5yrs under Free


Transponder: $10


Entry Fees: Bikes/Quad/Trike $65

Pro Bike/Quad $100,

Minis $45

PeeWee $35

UTV 170 $45

Unclassified (Practice) $20




NO CAMPING- PLEASE DO NOT BRING BIG TRAILERS IF YOU CAN HELP IT BECAUSE THERE IS VERY LIMITED PARKING.


Rules

NO PLAY AND PIT RIDING

MANDATORY TECH INSPECTION SOUND TEST AND SPARK ARRESTORS

MUST HAVE FUEL MAT UNDER RACE MACHINE WHILE PITTING

Grand Prix Finish (Checker Flag comes out once the overall leader completes 4 laps)

Pack in Pack out all garbage!

SUNDAY

Mandatory Riders Meeting 7am Bikes/Quads

Practice 7:30am Unclassified Bikes, Quads, UTVs (1 lap)

Race 1 8:30am All Peewee Bikes (30 min)

Race 2 9:10am PeeWee Quads (30 min)

Race 3 9:50am UTV170cc/Trophy Karts (30 min)

Race 4 10:30am All Minis Bikes/Quads/Women C (1 lap)

Race 5 11:45am All Big Bikes (4 laps)

Race 6 2:45pm All Big Quads (4 laps)

Must be on the starting line no later than 7:45am to be allowed to do the practice (no refunds)


*All race times are approximate – the next race will start when the course is clear and safe for everyone. It is your responsibility to be ready and on the line when your race starts.



Directions: Hayfield Draw OHV Take I-17 North to State High 260. Turn West Approximately 6 miles west of Interstate 17 on the south side of Arizona 260.
