help with classified??

I placed an ad for my pre-runner in the classifieds under race cars. I paid $30.00 because i was under the impression that paying will keep the ad on the top page. here I am 1 week later and now my ad is on the 3rd page.I have the email from paypal were they have recieved my payment..any help please. or maybe a refund?
