interest rate question

I bought a honda crf250 a year or so ago. Im having an issue with GE money on the interest rate. My question is on the finace papers I have the boxes on top that state "Intrest Rate, Total Intrest to Pay, and Total Amount Financed" the only one thats filled in is "Total Amount Financed" the others are blank. Are these supposed to be filled in with what I'm paying before I sign the contract?? Please if you know anything about this stuff let me know. Im getting screwed hard core by GE Money.

It's supposed to be filled out, but it hardly ever is.

Total amount financed should be just that. The total amount your paying including your full term of interest. Don't forget that interest is acrued annually.
