I believe there is a movement to change all of the rules to better accommodate the buggies and live axle trucks. The new BITD rules were not written with any input from any active Class 3000 owners or racers. The last time the class made the rules back in 2009 we had a meeting. It is difficult if not impossible to do that now, so we are hoping to gather a list of all of the class entries for the past three years from the race organizations to discuss the rules online/email/facetime whatever works with everyone's schedules. If you are a 3000 owner or racer, please send me a PM and I will pass it on to include you in on the meeting. Once there is a consensus on the rules, I think that SCORE, BITD, SNORE and MORE will follow the amendments.Does anyone know if snore and score are going to change their rules to match BITD?
I think with the economy being in question might have a bit to do with it. I know there will be some class 7s at V2R.Well it must be Dead .... I am the only one entered in the Silver State 300 , can’t even race in class 7 as there are done of them either , I guess limited trucks are no longer ........
Phil, if you seeking competition, you are probably better off looking at the upcoming SNORE schedule. Next month's Midnight Special in Jean will likely have 4-5 Class 3000 entries. From the rumors I heard recently, the new Fusion trucks will not be ready for Silver State. Call Brian and check with him directly.
