LeafSpring noise?

Just installed 62" Deavers, built pretty light since I don't have or plan to have a fuel cell in the rear.

Problem:
A metal to metal slapping sound when driving over small bumps. Sounds lounder when going over a speedbump in reverse.

Checked Ubolts, shocks, shackles, tight.

Only things I can think of are:
Springpack retainers are hitting the upper most spring? The military wrap in the front is slapping around or hitting the frame when the suspension cycles?

No rear window right now, so easy to hear.

Any ideas?

looks like the shackle hits txe exhaust. do you have bypass shocks? they always make a noise when they are changing from rebound-compression, or vice versa.

Thanks Eric, but no. It's not the exhaust.

Problem Solved:
The upper shock mount bolts are too long. They bottom out on part of the rear cage. So, the upper shock mounts are loose. Spaced out the bolt that was too long with washers for now. Will replace with shorter bolts later.
