Lets hear it for Cody Webb!

As of early this morning, KTM-backed X-games medalist and endurocross champion Cody Webb just became the first American to podium at an extreme enduro event, finishing second place at the Erzbergrodeo behind perhaps the best rider in the game, Graham Jarvis, who had a flawless race today. During a break at Carls Diner (the hardest part of the course), Cody told a sideline broadcaster that he was ready to throw up! Yet he continued to race and ended up passing fellow KTM rider Alfredo Gomez at the final hillclimb, with both of them needing several attempts to conquer the shale-filled obstacle. A true tale of perseverance and absolutely outstanding riding from Cody Webb, all while wearing the US flag and a KC66 badge on his jersey. Lets hear it for him!

The fact that anyone was able to complete Carl's Diner is an amazing feat of strength and endurance. Absolute insanity having to go up and back this year. Karl Katoch is a madman!!!
