Senate Property Rights CHAMPIONS !

The League of Private Property Voters (LPPV) is publishing soon it's complete annual Vote Index of the United States Senate and House of Representatives. The LPPV Vote Index has "scored" Congress every year since 1989.

It is a very valuable guide to what your elected officials in Washington, DC
have been up to, and whether they have been voting for private property
rights and access to federal lands, or for the left wing preservationist big
government agenda.

A CHAMPION of Property Rights is a legislator who voted with LPPV over
75% of the time. The Senate is listed below, and the House is coming next.

The complete guide with all scores will be available soon, but here is an
advance look at what Senators are CHAMPIONS.

For the year 2001, the 107th Congress, First Session, 43 United States
Senators were named CHAMPIONS. Forty-two were Republicans, one was a
Democrat - Senator John Breaux of Louisiana.

The votes that were "scored" for 2001 include voting for confirmation of
key Bush Administration nominees, supporting oil and gas exploration, water for
the Klamath Basin and repeal of the inheritance tax or "Death Tax,"
opposing grant money for environmental outfits and opposing requiring grassroots
organizations to register with the government and restrict their speech.

ACTION ITEM:

home states having meetings with constituents. Your representatives in
