I am wondering if any one out there know about this Baja Race Car i have come across? I believe it is a 1980 Chenowth frame witha Lee Leighton motor. I have a little history from the previous owner but really dont know much. nay information would be greatly appreciated

Thats a Chenowth 1000 chasis

Chenowth 1000 with the Chenowth 3 link rear suspension. From dates, looks like it raced right up until 100" wheelbase cars became obsolete. Looks like it is in fantastic shape.

Really nice looking car. They used to have an after tech party at Horsepower Ranch at the NORRA M1K. This would be one of the show pieces at such a party. Beautiful car.

What museum? I believe this is a very unique vehicle so i want to preserve it best I can.

I wont be racing it but am looking for the right person to restore and race it i dont have the knowledge to do so.
