manny ramirez was suspended for 50 days for violating the leagues substance abuse policy....i'm stunned.......ja ja ja. the dog-ass dodgers got flamed on this one. too bad, so sad.
I agree, I can almost gaurantee that 95%+ of MLB players use steroids....this puts a black cloud over the whole game that doesn't need to exist...I cant believe the hype over Steroids, as if it really was a surprise!
Have a look at the NFL, people don't grow to the size of refrigerators naturally, you know?
It is not surprising they use them, the surprise is that he get caught
I agree, baseball is a game that is rapidly loosing ground to faster, more exciting sports out there....like Offroad and MMAs.I agree, I can almost gaurantee that 95%+ of MLB players use steroids....this puts a black cloud over the whole game that doesn't need to exist...
Either way, the Dodgers have a 6.5 game lead in the weakest division in baseball, with a handful of players hitting over .300 and 2nd best ERA in baseball...we'll still have the lead on July 3rd don't worry....
I was thinking the same thing, if he is suspended so quickly (affective immediately) it must be something serious, Manny is claiming it was something given to him by a doctor for a personal health issue...I guess we'll find out more soon...i did'nt hear the whole report but it might be something other than roids. maybe a little snootzie perhaps. anyway, it's something more serious than clements, bonds or arod because none of those guys have been fined or sentenced. the powers that be are'nt even gonna have a hearing on this. this is cut and dried.
I agree and disagree....every sport has their apparent out of shape "athlete" that can still compete, like Fernando, they're freaks of nature...I agree, baseball is a game that is rapidly loosing ground to faster, more exciting sports out there....like Offroad and MMAs.
I used to like baseball, not anymore, it is a slow boring game that people that are not necessarily in shape play and Excel at it....where other sport could Fernando Valenzuela play competitively ?
Tony Gwynn is a great example of that, Mo Vaughn, Kirby Puckett, Cecil Fielder his son Prince Fielder as well. It happens, especially with baseball. Like the saying goes, they get millions a year to fail 7 out of 10 times.I agree and disagree....every sport has their apparent out of shape "athlete" that can still compete, like Fernando, they're freaks of nature...
sure. go angels, go padres. anyone but the dog-ass dodgers. poor dodgers. poor, poor dodgers. i almost feel bad for them and their loyal fans who banked on manny.........ja ja ja ja ja. quack.Yeah I'm glad he got caught too, I don't know why MLB didn't throw the book at those other clowns that were caught.
And what's all this go Pad's? GO HALOS!!!!
