So I called Autodesk and spoke to one of there representatives.... the guy couldn't help me becuase he doesn't use Autodesk software. WTF is that? I know have to go and talk to an Autodesk reseller/training center to find out the info I'm looking for, luckly there is one here in town.

The latest versions of AutoCAD have tables that can have formulas embedded much like the ones in Excel, therefore the math capabilities are nearly unlimited. Linking it to geometry within the drawing is do-able but beyond the limits of my knowledge. I suggest you try posting over at AUGI or cadtutor.net forums.
