I would say spec 4. No complaints since going since 2012, very fast section. Also used as a test session from a lot of teams

I like gravel pit. depends on where ya place your self. you can see them coming down the straight and into it, through it and out. the high speed whoop section is ok. and also like on the berm by the hotels. you can see them zig zag around and some of the short course. if they jump off the berm its a hard landing. I highly recommend to early and go watch the time trials and contingency and the shows afterwards and Freemont. Its some of my favorite parts of the event, and miss out on lots of the event if not.

**** I just bough for #2.
good choice, I musta started before your post came up. what we do is once the leaders or majority or the group go by on the last lap and depends on lap times we head down to watch the finish at prim. If its a close race and you can keep track of them all it makes it that much more fun. bring a good set of binoculars, field glasses and spotting scope. you can watch way more once there spaced out. if the winds blowing wrong sometimes its hard to see them in the pit though on the start

Preferred parking at Primm is Buffalo Bills Rear Parking lot. Close to S/F and vendors. General parking is anywhere else you can find to park. (Valet, hotel lots, etc)

What is the difference between perfered parking and regular parking?
majority of the rear lot of Buffalo Bills will be closed and only open if you have a pass for start and finish. You have to park and walk from lot to view race and vendors. If you do not get pass either you park at front of Buffalo Bills which will probably be full all weekend or at another lot.

Preferred parking is the same as last year's "VIP Parking". The VIP wording was a little confusing to some people so we changed it to preferred. As @CMA GUMBY said, this will get you closest to the start/finish, Mint 400 Experience and all spectating on the back side of Buffalo Bills. Walking is limited and your vehicle is close by.

General parking in FRONT of all the PRIMM Valley Casinos is free but only on a first come first served basis. You will need to walk to the start/finish, Mint 400 Experience and all spectating on the back side of Buffalo Bills. It's going to fill up pretty early, then parking will be limited to the other side of the freeway which is a pretty long walk. I think there is a shuttle to BB??

All of the rear lot will be closed beginning Wednesday.

not sure on that. but there the tourist busses and the regular tansit buses. not sure how late they run. sometimes a car service is cheaper then cabs.

Depending on where on the strip about $20+ buck these days. I took one from the Golden Nugget to the Hard Rock and it was $31.

Lots of Uber running around Vegas, might be a way better option.

they had the entire BBs parking lot off limits last year except for a few privliged few, and I do mean few like maybe Polaris and the best in the dez pickup, the entire parking lot was empty for the most part. Real great when you stay at the hotel and cant park anywhere

There is the monorail that shuttles over the 15 freeway between Whiskey Petes and Primm Valley Resorts (formerly Primmadonna) which is next to Buffalo BIlls. We also have Uber and Lyft here in Vegas for alternative transportation from Downtown to State Line :)
