Just so you guys know, the CBD and PEER are already planning of filing a suit against this plan. Even before the plan was written they were touting the lawsuit they had prepared. I want you all to realize this is an issue that can be changed. The Endangered Species Act (ESA) needs to be reformed so it really helps rather than creates additional problems for truly endangered species. That is one of the problems with WEMO- while the list of possible and actual threatened and endangered species was included in this plan from the beginning, the enviro's already had a new list of potential species to sue over. They are basing this not on actual loss, but on potential loss. WEMO will be tied up in court for years to come. Lets just hope the temporary injunctions don't have emergency closures like the original one did.
