I am in the process of restoring and rebuilding a 1998 XR400. Everything was going very well untill I was removing the banjo bolt from the oil inlet strainer at the bottom of the frame's downtube. The banjo broke smooth off where hole is drilled across the bolt. Anybody had this happen? If so, how did you get it removed? I purchased a bolt extractor that you tap into the center and turn it out. However it has not made too much progress. I hate to get too crazy and create a bunch of metal shards to get into the lubrication system.
