Norra Legends 4x4 rules

Possibly starting a Jeep J10 build for this class, I quickly skimmed over the rules and found nothing on engine restrictions, maybe I missed it?
Does the engine have to be from that era of truck? I.E. AMC based, and carbitutor?

If I remember right from reading the rules last week (double checking something in our class) for a J10 you are wide open on engine, induction and such.
