Tapio Lauronen won the 2016 Northern Forest Rally.

Nope he did not... Tapio won the Russian Championship race but was not in the starting list for FIA event. FIA event T1 standings are:

1. Neiksans Maris / Nikolaev Anton
2. Vasilev Vladimir / Zhiltsov Konstantin
3. Novikov Andrey / Novikov Vladimir
