Not responding, restart

The site is getting crappier, hangs, freezes up, and must restart program.
IE and Edge.
Lucky to even get any thing posted before crashing.

What Operating system and version (example Windows 7 etc) and what browser dos you use and what part of the website does it not perform to expectations?
