There are none that I know of, specifically dedicated to off road suspension design. Several cover portions of the techniques, but in general, you have to extrapolate from existing dirt track and street car design books. Then practice designing and simulating the motion on paper or in a CAD program before you start cutting metal. One thing to remember- an engine can blow up and no one will get hurt, generally speaking. You screw up a suspension and people can die, especially when used on the street.
