To give some perspective, these shots are looking down into the ravine.

got any of 6136?
I missed the 6136. I didn't get many shots of the 2nd race. I took video of the first lap of the 2nd race, and if it turns out, I should have gotten you then.

Thank you.

Is that car still there? That would have been one hell of an extraction.
I took Weatherman Bob up top in my RZR for a look, as there was no way to extract that car from the bottom, and we assessed the only way was to wench it out from the top. There was a little 20 x 20 flat pad that was hard pack with no sand about 75 feet above the car, with steep drops on 3 sides, but above the pad was about 50 feet of steep sand, no chance of getting a run with a strap. Vern from BITD showed up with a wench, and we tried to get it out, car would not budge! The only way down from that pad was another ravine to the right, that was rock strewn, but passable, but Vern got high centered on a rock near the bottom and we had to dig him out. A very adventurous morning.

The car was extracted sometime Sunday morning by an army of Milk-n-It crew, as it was gone when I went to check on it around 7:00 in the morning yesterday. Apperently the driver went right of the double power line poles, saw a little sand chute that turned into that ravine and thought it would lead back to the wash. We'll have to hear from the Milk-n-It team on the details of the extraction, I'd really love to hear the effort to get that car out of there!
