No, its an earth berm from the failed subdivision behind the track.

Anything negative about this event is clearly by someone who does not know or has never been to one of these events.

I completely agree! When I saw this track 1 week ago it got chills thinking about those tabletops. The huge tabletop in front of the crowd makes for awesome shots.
