Is this the one your talking about? Not sure if this pic will help you out at all, but its worth a shot.

Any updates?
obviously haven't checked this thread in awhile, but I can tell you this is not the boat. I work with this guy and spend time with him at the river. The boat has never been wrecked and is on the water almost every weekend during the summer, not in hiding. He's not a desert guy and probaby has never visited this site, that's why I'm posting on his behalf.

not as far as I know.
I heard from someone that a week after the accident a fountain with graphics freshly and poorly sanded off was seen leaving Havasu, by someone one the road. with no access to all the info, they called authorities through 911 trying to get them notified that the boat they were possibly looking for was heading south out of Havasu and back to Cali. They passed going the opposite direction and only caught the trailer plate as a Cal plate. calling 911 took forever for the message to get to the AZ authorites, and didn't make it to the Cal authorites, which would have been the ones to get a hold of, as the truck and boat would have already crossed in parker and been in Cal by then. so the SOB probably made it home to Cal.

That's crazy....

But a "heard from someone" and a "by someone on the road" puts a lot of question in the truth to it all. Not questioning your post.... just sayin'

... seems the culprit has vanished. He'll get his own someday.

Now there is another boat to keep an eye out for. 4th of July weekend a guy riding an innertube near the casino across the lake fell off and was run over by an all red boat with a white stripe down the side. The driver supposedly slowed down and looked back then hauled arse to a launch ramp. Then supposedly cut in front of everyone waiting and got his boat out and hasn't been seen since. I will see if I can find the newspaper article with the boat and driver discription.

That boat killed a workout trainer that a girl at my work knew! It sucks to hear cause she has known him for a long time!
