Polished Rims

I have aluminum rims and living by the beach really takes a toll on the way they look. I can polish them so that they look like chrome but after a couple weeks they are back to looking bad. I was wondering if there was anything I could put on them after I polish them to keep them from getting oxidized so quickly?

FYI: the Mothers Powerball works really good and I highly recomend it. It's well worth the $25

Zoop works good but you don't want any fingerprints on your part before applying it. It will lock them in forever. That and the $$$$ factor.
