Yeah you could use a nicer camera.
I am looking at getting a new wide angle lens for my d70 soon, i should hopefully have it before the Halloween race.
It should allow for alot better angles, im excited.

I'm using the families old instant camera and I've been wanting to upgrade, but the camera is only used for taking pictures for Dusty TImes which is black and white newsprint. A nicer camera isn't going to make those pictures any better.

I believe there was a photog. taking pictures of the jump on the back straight.
Anyone know who that was or where those pictures are?

Thanks

Most likely it was one of the pro's (Lyman, etc.). They will post a thread when they have sorted all their pictures so you can check them out. It usually takes a little bit since they have to sort tons of photos.

Sorry it was not us. All of our photos are up. Our Permit ran out, so we were in the spectator area this time.
