The results are in!
Here's the 3-race schedule for the 2002 Pro 1600 Shootout.

o Parker 400 (Jan 25-26)
o Buffalo Bills 400 (April 12-13)
o MORE Mojave 300 (Sep 21)

Pro 1600 has 42 paid members.

Our goal is to build the membership of Pro 1600. We want larger entries with more competition. By scheduling only 3 races, it's easier for 1600 racers to run their normal series plus the Pro 1600 Shootout. The end result is that we get more entries at the Pro 1600 races.

Next year may be different. We'll take a membership vote and see if we should expand Pro 1600 for the 2003 season.

Whether your a racer or a spectator, you won't want to miss out on the 2002 Pro 1600 races! By the time we start racing in 2002, we'll probably have over 50 racers which is the largest class in off-road racing.

What is the chance of getting all the "PROxxx" classes to go to the same races? Maybe 2 or 3 years from now.

Try the Parker 400 this year. It is supposed to be a Pro Dirt, 1600, and 10 race. We tried to get Protrucks as well, but they want too much $$$$$$$$. Should be an awesome race.
