Bad you have to be present to win, a lot of us will be in Pahrump that day.

The winner will know that they are the winner on Mar 28th. The winner needs to be there in Apr during the regular raffel to pick up the buggy and trailer that they won. I would think, anyone that knows they won a turnkey buggy and trailer would have no problem changing their plans to pick it up or have a rep pick it up. Anyone that has other plans that weekend in Apr., that did not get the phone call prior, can stick to their original plans.

No brakes I edited my post a little. We (the Tinbenders) are easy to work with and want this to be a good thing for all and try not to exclude anyone.
