The teaming of Snore and More for the Rage at The River race has been overwhelming with the racers and Snore never expected for this to happen. With limits in pit space and time to safely get all the vehicles off the line we are forced to limit entry's to 390 . Snore would love to have more but it is not feasible to fit them in the pits or the heats. Snore has currently filled up the drivers meeting location to standing room only with a 600 person capacity and are looking at a new location or having 2 drivers meetings to accommodate everyone. Snore apologizes to anyone that gets left out due to the cap and will work with the BLM to expand the pit area and lengthen the track for 2016

This brings up a question.

What is the record for most number of 4-wheel entries at a single race?

We broke 400 entries at Bap 2010. That's the most I can remember in recent memory. This is the real pinnacle of the sport.

Does the cap and pit space limitation take into consideration that some teams and vehicles are running in multiple races, eliminating the need for more space? Are teams allotted additional space for entering 2 or more races?

The difference is nowadays off road race vehicles are way faster, so that makes lap races much more dangerous for limited cars. A modern day 1600 car would've OA'd the 1980 Parker 400.

Just say'n

yes that is taken in the equation , if you have one race vehicle and plan on racing 2 heats you only need one pit space . if you have 3 race vehicles and are racing in 3 heats and can fit in 2 spots that would be great
