Ranger 4WD to 2WD

I have a question that I hope someone could answer.

Can I put a 2wd Ranger suspension-kit on a 4wd Ranger if I lose the 4wd and the kit comes with new pivots that mounts to the frame? Maybe I should ask if the 2wd has the same frame as the 4wd? Then it should work, or?

If it is possible what 2wd parts do I need to get? Spindles? Steering?

I hope that you could help me with this.

The main difference in the frame from 2wd to 4wd, is that the 4wd has a wider motor crossmember for the front diff. Which makes it easier to stuff custom I-beams up into for more up travel when converting to 2wd. Check our web site, our I-beam kit is actually easier to install on a 4wd frame. (F.Y.I.) On the site the white ranger has a 4wd frame, and the blue one has a 2wd frame, and both use the same kit.
