Rear Shocks Under the Bed

Hey everyone. First off, I did search. I tried several combinations of things but never found the result I was looking for.

My Question: Doing the rear suspension on my Ranger. Deaver F31s, H&M shackles, 2" Drop Hangers. I want to keep the shocks under the bed, making a new cross member and using the stock shock mounts on the axles. What I need to know is, what is the biggest size shock I can fit without cutting up my bed? I've read threads on DezertRangers where people *say* a 10" will fit, but I want some legitimate responses before I spend the money on shocks. If it matters, I was going to get Radflo 2.0's with a remote resi.

Think outside the box, horizontal gets you lots of room.

If I could afford a cantilever set up, I would. However, I dont have that much to spend, so I'm getting new shocks then hunting the classifieds for leaves.
