jhi guys:

looks like mark post and the riviera trophy truck will be racing the Code San Felipe Race on the 27th. They allready paid their entry fees, Nick Baldwin apears on the pre register list, and they say Vildosola might race as well as the McMillin gang.
Any body knows whos racing and whos not ?
Remember guys theres 3000 dlls in prices for the 7 class plus 60% payback + contingency prizes..
the 3000 are being put up by Homesaga, a door manufacturer in Tijuana. They offerd 1500 on the last race, and since they won, they doubled the pot, 1500 for 1st,1000 2nd, 500 3rd.
This is with an entry fee of 200 for sportsman class and 300 for pro class !

theres also 500 for the overall win, 300 for 5-1600 put up by tractorland in sumerton, and theres also a 500 prize for class 10's put up by the Yee gang. Plus the payback too.

thx

What I heard its that Vildosola its going to ask Geiser Bros if the Trophy Truck its going to be OK foir this race and if they can come to this race.
About the 7 Open trucks we are specting 10 trucks (All ready are pre- registered 8 trucks), soo its going too be 60% pay back for the first place, like $1,800 plus the $1,500 bucks from HomeSaga.
And the rules here in CODE for the 7 Open are: Open motor, Open suspension (Front and rear), Open Chassis and cab (The chassis have to be complete not chopped or tube chassis). And if you have a motor that its 4 liters or less you can compete for the HomeSaga money.

Check out the new CODE's web page for more info:

Mark isn't running, Nick is entered trying to complete the TT for its first run..... won't be much test time on it. As far as pits, at the SCORE San Felipe 250 we had chase trucks all over the place with a main pit at Old Puertecitos Rd. with stationary visual pits in Huatamote Wash, Chanate Wash, and Matomi Wash.... Good Luck

regarding the pits, id say anything goes as long as you get out of the way, you can check out the map at codeoffroad.com.mx. Poncho Lacara, one of the Code directors is wring on his webpage design skills ,so dont be scared by the page, itll definetley get better. On this course you only get a little bit of one of the washes, id guess the worst part woul be from the start till 3 palos (old gas station). This is the sweetest course the code guys has set up over a year, meaning its a fast and not to diffcult course. And it looks like great weather is gonna be the norm.

good luck guys and dont miss your chance to see the first tiger shark racing the code circuit !! Just kidding.......

adios

NIcks truck is pretty much finished.. THey tryed to fire it up on Friday, something electrical but it will run Saturday.... Testing will be next week sometime, but as far as the race it should be a go for the new TT for Nick Baldwin....@ the Code race San Felipe.... If Mark runs it will be in the buggy.... Its up in the air....
